Text messages from B4 Growth Partners LLC (B4 Insight)
B4 Insight is an operations dashboard for home-services companies, provided by B4 Growth Partners LLC. It sends text messages in two programs, and only to people who opt in: Coach by text, for managers at companies that use B4 Insight, and Knowledge notes, for our own staff. This page explains what each one sends, how people opt in, and how to stop. Neither program sends marketing.
Coach by text
For managers and admins at companies that use B4 Insight
A morning brief on working days at the time the manager chooses: a few lines on their team’s pace, margin, close rate, hours or quotes, each with a suggested action.
Answers to questions they text, such as “who is in overtime this week?”, written from their own company’s numbers in B4 Insight.
An occasional follow-up asking whether a suggested action was taken.
Message frequency varies: about one message per working day, plus replies to the manager’s own messages. Nothing is sent outside the hours they set. Message and data rates may apply.
How managers opt in to Coach by text
Inside their own B4 Insight account: Settings → Coach
Only a signed-in manager or admin can opt in, and only for their own mobile number. Texting is optional: B4 Insight works fully without it, and the consent box starts unticked. The control looks like this:

After the box is ticked, B4 Insight texts a one-time code to the number. Entering the code in the app confirms the number, records the consent with the exact wording above, and sends the confirmation message below. Nothing else is sent until then.

Knowledge notes
For B4 Growth Partners LLC staff only
A toll-free number our own consultants text field notes and photos to while they work. Each note becomes a draft in our internal console. The number is not advertised, and companies that use B4 Insight and the public do not text it.
How staff opt in. A staff member who administers B4 Insight adds their own mobile number in our console (Knowledge → Settings → Who can text in), then starts each conversation by texting the number. The number never texts first, and texts from any number not on that list get no reply.
Who can text in
Texts from any other number are ignored, with no reply. Each phone belongs to a staff member.
What it sends. At most a one-line receipt for each note a staff member sends, and nothing else. Message frequency: one reply per note you send. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop, and how to get help
Reply STOP to any message from either program (END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT and STOPALL also work). You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Coach by text can also be turned off in Settings → Coach, or by your company’s B4 Insight administrator.

Privacy
A mobile number is used only to send the messages described on this page. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators.
Coach messages are written from the manager’s own company workspace and are limited to what their role may see. See the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
