Terms of Service

B4 Growth Tools is a web application that reads a subscribing company’s own field-service data (from ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro, using credentials the company provides) and presents operating measures, pricing tools and, where enabled, written summaries and answers generated from those measures. The service is provided to companies (“Customers”) under an agreement with B4 Growth Partners LLC; the people a Customer invites to use it (“Users”) use it under these terms.

Users are invited by their Customer’s administrator, must be at least 18 years old, and are responsible for keeping their sign-in details confidential. A Customer may add, change the role of, or remove its Users at any time, and is responsible for what its Users do in the service.

Data the service reads from the Customer’s field-service software, and data the Customer enters (goals, costs, settings), remain the Customer’s. B4 Growth Partners LLC uses that data only to provide the service to that Customer, as described in the Privacy Policy. The service reads from the field-service software and does not write to it.

Users may not attempt to access another Customer’s data, interfere with the service, resell it, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the terms of the field-service software it connects to.

Programs. B4 Insight sends text messages in two programs, and only to people who opt in:

• Coach by text, for managers and admins at Customers: a short summary of their team’s numbers on working days at a time they choose, answers to questions they text, and occasional follow-ups on suggested actions.
• Knowledge notes, for B4 Growth Partners LLC’s own staff only: they text field notes and photos to our knowledge number, and the number may reply with a one-line receipt for each note. Customers and the public do not use this number.

Opting in. Texting is optional and is not a condition of using the service or of any purchase. For Coach by text, a User enters their mobile number in Settings → Coach, ticks the consent box and confirms the number with a one-time code. For Knowledge notes, a staff member adds their own number in our console and starts each conversation by texting the number. How each works is shown at /sms.

Message frequency. Coach by text: about one message per working day, plus replies to messages you send and occasional follow-ups. Knowledge notes: at most one reply for each note you send.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to cancel (END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT and STOPALL also work). You will receive one message confirming it and no further messages. Coach by text can also be turned off in Settings → Coach, and turned back on there.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email lucas@b4growthpartners.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Mobile numbers and consent are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. They are never shared or sold for marketing.

Where a Customer enables them, some summaries, notes and answers are written by an AI model from the Customer’s own figures. They are provided to inform decisions, not to make them; every figure is traceable to the data it came from, and the service labels any figure it cannot trace. The Customer remains responsible for decisions taken on the basis of the service.

B4 Growth Partners LLC works to keep the service available and may change or add features over time. Scheduled maintenance and changes that affect how a Customer uses the service are communicated to the Customer’s administrator.

A Customer may end the service at any time; its data is deleted with its workspace as described in the Privacy Policy. B4 Growth Partners LLC may suspend access that breaches these terms.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, B4 Growth Partners LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, and its total liability to a Customer is limited to the fees that Customer paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or, where the service is provided without a fee, to one hundred US dollars).
